The City of Gilbert undertook a comprehensive rebrand to introduce a refreshed visual identity that reflected the community’s growth and future vision. The rollout was strategically aligned with Gilbert’s Centennial year, creating a milestone moment to introduce the new brand to residents, businesses, and visitors. As project lead, I collaborated closely with internal stakeholders and a local design agency during the development process and led the organization-wide implementation of the new identity.
Problem / Solution
Launching a new municipal brand requires careful coordination across departments, partners, and public communications. Following the development of the identity, Our team managed the full rollout to ensure the new brand was adopted consistently throughout the organization and introduced effectively during the Centennial celebration. This included leading staff training sessions, coordinating with departments and vendors, replacing legacy brand assets, and designing graphics for public announcements and campaign materials.
Services included:
- Brand implementation, leadership and coordination
- Stakeholder collaboration and project management
- Staff training and internal brand education
- Department and partner coordination
- Vendor collaboration for brand rollout
- Updating and replacing legacy brand assets
- Design of launch graphics and public-facing materials
