STUCK is a whimsical short film exploring the struggles of a woman named Liv, who finds herself trapped in bed by an unhealthy mental health cycle. The film blends humor and visual storytelling to highlight the realities of mental health challenges. The project premiered in partnership with Mental Health America of Arizona and featured a panel discussion following the screening.

Problem / Solution
The film required visual effects that could help convey Liv’s internal experience in a playful yet meaningful way. As part of the production team, I created three animated scenes using Adobe After Effects that visually represented key moments in the story. These motion graphics helped enhance the narrative and add a surreal element to the film’s portrayal of mental health.
